We the confreres of Don Bosco Melanmarinadu Salesian community creatively and daringly respond to the signs of the times by opting to work for the child labourers, dropouts and marginalized youth...

MISSION

• To make co-ordinated efforts to prevent child labour and school dropouts.
• To offer education to all children in our neighbourhood till at least 10th
• To empower the young to get employment.
• To provide need-based technical skills for rural youth.
• To rescue and rehabilitate orphans, semi-orphans, and children in correction homes.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

• PARISH: Alangulam Kalavasal consists of 12 substations, 200 Catholic families...
• DROP OUT CENTRE: 12 students currently.
• REACH-OUT PROGRAMME: 6 villages, 173 children, 6 lay volunteers.
• YOUTH GROUPS: 14 members formed.
• SALESIAN CO-OPERATORS: 19 members.
• ADMA: 67 members.
